The 700 Club

A few more levels this weekend has me sitting at 700 character levels on Area 52.  I have two more characters to level their gathering up to Outlands levels, and 2  chars that need to get their professions to that level.  Once that is done all will be doing what they are supposed to be doing for their respective zones.  That’s my goal for the next week or so.

My two uber-undergeared 80s, Hono and Zelq, got some much needed love in the form of some mat farming for crafted gear.  Both are now sporting the JC epics and purple cloaks.  Hono got a couple titansteel pieces.  Need to farm an asston of eternals to finish up the last few pieces for these guys.  Getting there, though.

Project 800: 700/800

2 in 1 day??

Yeah, forgot to update the Project 800 progress.  Had a mad leveling run on the old Azeroth toons.  Trying to get them to the Outlands before I make the serious push on the druid to 80.  Changed his name from Errun to Qualcoso.  Going to rename Kwato when the 90 day hold on the name is up.  Errun is what people know me as, and they know that name from the hunter.  Just restoring order.

No good dead goes unpunished

Well, I took a 22 day break from the game.  It didn’t take long though for it to suck me right back in.  Damn Blizzard and their world events and jousting tourney.  I spent most of my offtime in Middle Earth.  Got my Lore Master to 55.  Not a bad run.  But Azeroth called me back.  I tried to quit, but apparently I’m a quitter at quitting.  Oh well.

3 hour break

My account expired on Sunday.  I was going to use this as an excuse to take a break from the game.  That break lasted approximately 3 hours.  I got the urge to try again for the sewer rat in Dalaran.  Oh well…maybe next time.

Slowed down a bit on the leveling frenzy.  Will pick it up again soon.  Not sure who I’ll be running after Zelq hits 80.

Details and an Update

I wasn’t aware of anyone actually reading this until I was told it was being posted to Friendfeed.  Whoops, sorry.  That being said, I was asked to explain what “Project 800″ was.

In Wow you can have 10 characters on any given server (and 50 total, fyi).  With the current level cap of 80, the total sum of levels you can have on one server is 800.  I have 10 characters on Area 52, ranging from 40-80.  I’ve decided that my goal before the next expansion to reach this limit of 800.  Just another dark peak into my obsession…or addiction.  Whatever.
